Most real estate platforms make money when you buy a specific property. We don't sell any. Our job is to help you understand the full range of ways to put money into real estate — direct ownership, REITs, groups, flips, partnerships, or funds — and pick the one that matches your capital, timeline, and appetite for hands-on work.
That independence is the whole point: the advice doesn't change based on what's in inventory.
